We invite you to join us for our next Winter Wellness Retreat at Tors Park – a luxury coastal weekend designed to help you pause, reset, and restore before the festive season begins.

Perched above Lynmouth Harbour, with sweeping views across the Bristol Channel, this breathtaking setting creates the perfect space to slow down and reconnect. Crisp sea air, expansive skies, and the rhythm of the tides provide a powerful backdrop for deep restoration.

What to Expect
  • Six yoga and pilates sessions with Jessica Lambert, Founder of HIFE Retreats
  • Guided walks, runs and cold therapy experiences in nature
  • Wholesome brunches, afternoon snacks and three-course evening meals prepared by Chef George “Biff” Biffen
  • Time to relax, connect and enjoy Tors Park’s wellness facilities
  • Optional spa treatments to enhance your retreat experience

  • Single occupancy from £1,500pp
  • Double occupancy from £850pp

Prices include accommodation, meals, classes, and wellness activities. Spa treatments, alcohol (beyond the welcome drink), and travel are not included.
